Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty cover shall be effective from original product purchase date.
2. Registration must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase.
3. One year warranty shall not be granted for B grade or ex display products.
4. Warranty covers the appliance for normal domestic use only, unless otherwise stated. Any claims made under the terms of the warranty must be supported by the ORIGINAL purchase invoice issued at the time of sale.
5. The warranty is only applicable within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
6. The warranty shall not cover; a. Failure to comply with the installation / usage instructions provided. b. The replacement of components or accessories. c. Accidental or willful abuse. d. Incorrect installation. e. Subsequent loss or damage owing to the failure of the appliance or electrical supply. Losses caused by acts of God. f. Perishable components such as; filters, light bulbs, fuses, external hoses, baskets, trays, shelves, burner base, burner cap, decals.
7. In the course of the work carried out it may be necessary to remove the appliance from its operating position. Whilst all reasonable care will be taken Baumatic can not accept responsibility for damage sustained to any property whatsoever in this process.
8. This warranty is in addition to and does not diminish your statutory or legal rights.
9. Baumatic reserves the final right to interpret the terms & conditions herein.
