With ingredients easily sourced to match a flavour profile known as the holy trinity of Thai seasonings (fish > soy > oyster sauce), it’s fair to say a taste of Thailand is making it’s way home to you. With loosely chopped garlic and chilis in oil to activate the flavours on a medium-heat pan, stir in the ground pork till crispy followed by the fragrant seasoning pairings and holy basil leaves to be stir-fried until wilted.
